went really well as far as them liking milk. they like! we're not down to 16oz though... more like 20oz.
we are down to 3 bottles (from 4) - 7:30am, 3:45pm and 7:45pm. they really weren't taking much milk with lunch, so i switched to water in a sippy at lunch.
i'd like bedtime not to be so bottle dependent... they LOVE that bottle, and go right to sleep after (usually - not tonight!). i'd like it to be a smaller bottle and snack, or for them to eat a bigger dinner at 6:30. but, i think i'm dreaming - they are getting pickier and pickier.
another prob with milk is they are both fighting constipation. they each have hard poops in the morning. so, i give water/juice many times/day. getting down to 16oz will probably help.
also, i'm a wuss and still heat the milk a little, just to take the chill off. they boycott when i give it cold.
well, that's my novel on milk! ha ha. i've been trying to give them bagels w/cream cheese, but so far not working, and i end up eating it... as i suspected would happen.
bagels w/ cream cheese is my babies favorite food!!
we are introducing milk in a few weeks...i am scared. not sure why i am scared, i guess just because its a milestone. and because i have no idea what i am doing!
my kids are also getting pickier...sometimes they barely eat!

well, you've been doing ebm right? that IS a big adjustment. not just changing what you're feeding them, but a change in what your body means to them and, to your yourself too.
big congratulations to you!
do you pump/bottle feed at all? maybe you can do 50/50 in bottles for a week. or, in some way make it gradual.
i finally had mild success with toast this morning. i mean TOAST - is that such a difficult food?? vivienne mostly sucked the blueberry preserves off the toast and spit it back out.
