they don't disappoint!  I never make the ganache, either.  I usually leave them plain-though I made them for our party yesterday and I did frost them w/ chocolate frosting.  yum!

Since it makes a lot (a 13x9, but you know how they are thick so you can cut small squares), I am taking most of them to work tomorrow. The ladies will love them but will hate me for wrecking their diets.
