How do you pronounce this name?

My Irish boss has a son named Cathal and I cannot for the life of my figure out how to pronounce it correctly and don't want to insult boss by getting it wrong.

It says CAH-hul on that site from what I saw, which is actually very different than CAY-hill.

ETA: I like a lot of Irish names, but I just think this one is strange. CAH-hul just does not flow nicely at all, and I can't imagine saying that a hundred times per day.

When boss says it, it comes out fine but when I attempt, it is NOTHING like what boss just said

My DH (from Ireland) says it's cah-hull.  It's always better when he says the Irish names!

I listened to an Irish pronunciation and it's 'ka-hal', but it sounds too similar to 'call'. Agreed, hard to say. It feels like I'm stuttering. Best wishes!
