After a year of trying...

After a year of trying, yesterday, on our wedding anniversary I was able to see my little bug's heart beating. The doctor said that the baby was pretty much on schedule and everything looks fine. I am 8wks 6days and trying to tell myself to stay calm and enjoy each day, however I had a horrible m/c last Dec. and understand what can happen. The past is the past and I am blessed with this new addition and I will stay positive!!! I'm new to the site and would simply love to connect with others taking it day by day in anticipation of becoming mothers for the first time or being blessed with a second child.
