  • I wouldn't worry at all!  I had the same aching/cramping feelings in 1st tri.  My Dr. said it's caused by all the stretching and growing your body is going through.  He said I should only be concerned if it's extremely painful or constant or if there's any bleeding.

  • I was told at one of my appointments that I might feel cramps on my right side because that is where the egg had come from and there was a little cyst (called something else but can't remember) that is healing on that side. They could see it on the u/s.

It is hard not to worry but it is probably normal stretching. I had a lot of cramps and stretching feelings in 1st tri.

Me too. I'm sure it's just that baby getting nice and comfy in there Smile

This is what I was told also.  I hope it stops soon, but if you're really worried, don't hesitate to call your dr. - that's what they're paid for.

  • I've had some aches in my back and on my right side as well. Both come and go and I think it is just stretching as well. Try to stay calm (I know it is hard, it is for me too) and don't hesitate to call your Dr, sometimes just talkign to yor dr or nurse helps a lot ya know. Hang in there!

    Erin :)

  • I've been having this too.

It is impossible not to worry! I do hear that it is pretty normal though.

    I'm sorry - I know its stressful :(
