37 week appt today!

I am 1cm dilated and 50% effaced-- woo hoo! I know, one can be 1cm dilated for weeks, but these were my stats the day before I went into labor with James.

Blood pressure was a bit high. I didn't ask how high, but they took it 3 times and told me I need to rest more. No more housework, dr's orders. (DH's response when I told him that was that we'll have to hire a housekeeper).

Also gained 4 lbs since last week-- yikes! That and the higher BP have me a little concerned about pre-e, but I'm sure my doctor is keeping an eye on things.

yay for resting up more!!  lol!!  and yay for a good appt!  this heat is killer for swelling right now!!  (I'm currently downing a huge bowl of watermelon in hopes of getting rid of some swelling tonight...ugh...)

Looks like we are about the same.  I was 1cm, 50-60% and -2 station yesterday.  Hopefully it wont be too much longer for us!

I'm sure your doctor will keep you monitored for the pre-e.  I'd take the no housework thing and run with it!!
