I just uploaded a video from my Flip to You Tube, and the quality of the video kinda stinks. It is grainy, and I'm not sure why. Is it the Flip? Something I did? I read good reviews for the Flip, and that is why I bought it, but the quality of the video is terrible.

I find that it can be grainy if you use the zoom feature.  Videos where I'm not zooming seem pretty clear.

Makes sense. The part that is grainy is when I zoomed in on his face. Thanks.

Ditto this.  The HD version doesn't seem to have this problem nearly as badly as the "regular" flips.
