There is .5% alcohol in most n/a beers. Most regular beers have 5-6% alcohol, so that works out to be 1/10th - 1/12th of a beer. Would this concern you? I am missing alcohol far more in this pregnancy than I did the first time, though I am sure that will fade if/when m/s sets in (sure did last time - never had full-blown m/s but def mild nausea and aversions, including alcohol). Normally, I don't like non-alcoholic beer but I find it tastes enough like the real thing to hit the spot.

Re: Your thoughts on non-alcoholic beer in pregnancy
I've had the Becks N/A.
ETA: I meant to say...and it's pretty good!
I think it's fine, and I like O'Doul's Amber the best. I'm not a huge beer drinker, but it hits the spot with a pizza.
But I also think it's fine to drink an occasional glass of real wine after the 1st tri.
me too.
