Middle name for Elizabeth?

My grandmother's name is Katherine. I really love her name and we are very close, but I don't know if it's too long with Elizabeth. Our last name is one syllable and 5 letters. Any other suggestions?

    I think Elizabeth Katherine is fine (and pretty!). I wouldn't worry too much about the length of the first and middle names, since they are rarely said together. I think since your last name is short, it works well!

    ETA: A few other suggestions though ...

    Elizabeth Claire
    Elizabeth Kate
    Elizabeth Lauren

    I was going to suggest Katherine after reading the title- it's lovely. I don't think Elizabeth Katherine is too long, especially with a one syllable last name.

    I also like Elizabeth Claire or Elizabeth Rene.

    LOL--my mother named me Brianna Katherine Elizabeth. Trust me, Katherine Elizabeth or Elizabeth Katherine is not too long. I've had no problems contending with my name all these years.

    I think Elizabeth Katherine is lovely.

    I think Elizabeth Kate sounds good and is a good compromise if you think the original is too long.

    I'm biased towards Elizabeth Grace :-)

    We also considered Anne, Jane, Faith, Claire as middle names.

    I think Elizabeth Katherine is great!!  I love both names (my DD is Katherine).  I also agree that Elizabeth Claire is adorable.  Elizabeth Jane is cute or if you wanted to get a little bit more uncommon you could go with Elizabeth June :).

    My best friend is Catherine Elizabeth. I think it's pretty, classic name. Can't go wrong.

    My mom's name is Eve Katherine Elizabeth, other way, but also, used to seeing it Smile I have been hearing my middle names on here often as well, Elizabeth Mary.

    Elizabeth Katherine works.  I also like Elizabeth Anne.  Elizabeth Mary can also work, although I'm biased as I'm Mary Elizabeth.
