How will I find friends?

My husband and I live here in Denver, and we are planning on trying to have a baby in the near future.  I am concerned about having a community where I can meet other mothers my age, make play dates, and have our child make friends.  We go to church, but have had a hard time connecting as a young married couple.  Any ideas?

there is a momslikeme.com that is wonderful and has helped me find new friends. you can also reach out on this board. My husband and I are 28 &31 w/3 kids. We started 8 yrs ago. But understand the strain. gl

I have had lots of success making friends with other mom's on www.meetup.com  We have playgroups and coffee dates a couple times a week.

We recently just relocated to Denver in March of this year and I am still struggling with meeting people we can relate/connect with.  I am 29 Hubby is 33 we have 2 girls 10 and 5 and another baby girl due in October.
