This cycle is so jacked up

So, we in the midst of our FET #2.  I was on BCP for 3 weeks, started Lupron.  Finally got a period last Friday and I still have it!  I had an ultrasound and estrogen check last Thursday...estrogen was high at 160.  So I had it rechecked on Tuesday...still high at 109.  The doc wants it below 75 to start Estrace.  

Well, we already have our plane tickets to go to Connecticut to do the transfer July 30th.  Outside monitoring at the doctor here sucks ass.  Well, I spoke to my CT RE and he wants me to continue on Lupron and take Provera for 5 days to help shed this lining.  I was all ready to cancel and try at a later month, but he seems to think it's still ok.  Has anyone heard of this?

Now I have to change our plane tickets and pay the lovely change fee...YUCK!!  My body can suck it!

I have no advice but I hope your cycle starts behaving!  I'm sorry you are going through all of this and I really hope this all works out for you!
