ick! I just drank the orange glucose stuff.  Its pretty gross but I chugged it down.  Now I feel like I'm going to puke! 

I hope I'm ok so I won't need to do it again till 27 weeks or so!

I'm really nervous for today's u/s and appointment.  Its so nerve wracking!!

    I found out yesterday at my nurse appt. that b/c my dad is diabetic i'm at a slightly higher risk for GD so they do the 1 hr. more often so they can catch any issues early on.

    I have to call my dad and thank him :)

    Gross!  Why do you have to do it so early?

    I've found, btw, that plugging your nose makes a big difference.

    The orange drink was the worst, if you have to do it again ask if they have any other flavors!

    YUCK, I have to do that in a few weeks.  They gave me the option of orange or fruit punch flavor...does it matter, they both will taste like crap.

    In my experience, the people who want to puke usually pass.  If you'd said it was sooo yummy, then I'd be worried.  ;)
