My babies are only three weeks old so I'm sure we have a while before they sttn, but I'm wondering just how long I have to wait before I get more than 2 1/2 hours of sleep at a time. Thanks!
I had almost 33 weekers, they were 2 and 3 months adjusted before they STTN (and by that I mean 5 or 6 hrs). At 6 months actual they are both going 8-9 hrs.

Mine were born at 35 weeks and we started getting decent stretches (5 - 6 hours) @ 2 months. Around 4 months DS was sleeping 10 hours pretty consistently, while DD was still waking up once during that time. Now at 6 months, they both *can* go 11-12 hours. (But not this week. This week has been kind of miserable in the sleep department.)
Mine were born at 35w2d and started sleeping through the night (10pm-530am) at 2 months. I think it was around 6 weeks that they went to 5 hours between feedings.

Around 3 months (non-adjusted, they meet all their milestones and are on the growth charts, so they have not been adjusted) they were sleeping about 7-8 hours with my son still needing a bottle about half way through. They kinda had their nights and days mixed up and they would refuse to sleep in their cribs so we did progressive waiting sleep training (after reading Ferber's book) and they now STTN. They go to bed between 10 and 11pm and sleep until 8:30-9am. We didn't sleep train until a week ago though.
around 8wks they went from 10-4am, at about 3.5mths they went 8pm-anywhere between 4-6am. at 4.5mths they went 7pm-5am and now they have just started going 7pm-7am most nights. Good luck - for us 8wks was a major turning point
Re: How long before your 34/35 weekers sttn?
The bright side? You're getting a lot more than I am! : )
Sleep when they are sleeping during the day. I know that's easier said than done though.

Good luck! You'll get there...
4 months...
and then we had guests for christmas and messed everything - they started to STTN again closer to 6 months.
good luck! we put a king bed next to a queen bed and co-slept for the first 6 months...we definitely got the most sleep that way.
