hamburg (or "ground beef" for those not in MA).

I not in the mood for hamburgers or tacos.  I suppose I could do a sloppyjoe - but was looking for a better idea.....  anyone?

Oh! I totally forgot about meatloaf and stroganoff and tatertot. Thanks girls! 

I just found a recipe in our family cookbook "mock lasagne" - egg noodles, cream cheese, sour cream, tomato sauce/garlic/spices, and cheese topping.     Joy
