IF Movies

so I'm home with only 1 baby today so I'm crafting and watching tv

I'm a sucker for old kevin bacon movies so I'm watching She's Having A Baby.  They are trying to get pg, diagnosed with MFI becuase he wears briefs.  Much hilarity ensues, ttc sex needs to happen and they play that old song, that's the sound of the men working on the chain gang, and she says he can watch tv if he wants.  HA!

I know they mention it in Julie and Julia, and quite beautifully too.  Julia gets a letter from her sister who is pg and she starts crying and says she's so happy for her but so sad for herself.  Perfect way to describe those bad IF feelings.

What other movies have IF in it?

Disney Pixar's "Up" looks like they find out they are pregnant and then lose the baby as they are setting up a nursery at one point. Then she just pulls away emotionally after seeing the doctor..so I assumed miscarriage but maybe IF?

What's the movie with Glen Close and Mary Stuart Matterson?  She can't get pregnant after a million tries and adopts the girl's baby only to have the girl decide she wants to keep the baby..............Immediate Family.

I just love the part where they play Van Morrison's Into the Mystic.  They also play Van Morrison's Crazy Love at the end of She's Having a Baby.  Maybe he's got some connection to infertility movies.
