Our time has come and I'm not getting the sweet deal that I have been getting because my friend works at Tmobile, so now I need to sign up for another plan. We have the option of At&t, tmobile, us cellular, and verizon. I'm looking to keep it under 70$ a month for data and texting for one line (probably asking too much) What do you have?

Re: What do you pay for your cell service (including data plan and texting)
We both have iPhones and pay $180 a month for 2000 shared minutes, unlimited text, unlimited data, and free AT&T to AT&T talk.
Unfortunately, the $30/ iPhone unlimited data plan is no longer available - and I hear the new data plans suck.

we're thru tmobe, and pay $55 a month for 2 lines, text for me, and tons of minutes that we never ever use.
Tmobe has some phones that are "kinda smart phones" that don't require the $30 a month to surf the web, etc. That's what I have, it's $10 a month and I have the Nuron. It's like a mini iphone, but I have not investigated the app situation yet, if that matters to you. The phone was free after rebate.
I couldn't find the full internet thing for under $30 a month per phone. plus your plan itself. And I TRIED.
This Exactly!! And DH just got the new iphone due to the battery life on the old 3G sucked.
We have been life long AT&T users and the rest of my family and DH's is as well...we hardly ever go over our mintues cause when we talk to them it's free.. (except during FOotball season) and then DH's work pays part of our bill...Only thing is that AT&T customer service sucks...I also have them for internet and it's terrible...

We have this one but only 1400 minutes so we pay slightly less. But ditto LCB - the new data plans are not that great. Although if you're able to access wifi a lot you can get by. DH is almost always on his phone from home where we have wifi and in 2 YEARS he's used less than 2 GB of data on the ATT network.
