Secondhand CDs question...

I just got some secondhand PFs and covers.  When you all buy secondhand CDs, is there anything special you do before using them to disinfect them?  Or, do you just wash first?

i stripped all of the ones i got just in case, and washed before using them.

I strip them with RLR and GSE.  We've dealt with yeast rash and detergent sensitivities too many times.
