We have a tooth & army crawling!

It's the first tooth and other than a 20 minutes meltdown on Sunday (very out of character for John) you wouldn't even know one was breaking through.  And he's started army crawling, but only when he's highly motivated, like trying to grab the remote, or my cell phone so he can put them in his mouth.

How old were your LO's when they cut their first tooth (if they have)?

I saw your post on FB. I really need to upload the pictures but I can't find the memory stick thingy. I'm going home at lunch time to look for it.

As for teeth Annabelle has none. 

But she is army crawling.

All these milestones are kind of bittersweet, aren't they.  it's so exciting to see all the new things they do, but it just reminds you that they are no longer your sweet tiny baby that needs you to do everything for them.  Plus it reminds me that someday he will be a teenager, and if he is anything like DH or I, we are in for some major trouble!

Yeah, we have some time before that, but I wanted to chime in and say YAY!  I do love seeing them meet the milestones!

Our LO are about the same age...LO is getting his first tooth and crawling as well.  It's all sad to me...he'll be in college before I know it.  I know, I know..I skipped many years, but that's how fast time is going for me.

Sophia was almost 9 months when she got her first tooth. Then, she got both her first and second in the same weekend. Nothing since then. Now I'm trying to diligently remember to "brush" her teeth twice a day. (I just wipe them with a wet washcloth) I'm hoping that starting really early will keep her from being the gross kid that doesn't brush their teeth.

Ada is not army crawling, but she is able to scoot herself backwards. She wants to go forward, but hasn't figured it out yet.

She has two bottom teeth and three top teeth. The fourth one is pushing its way through now.

I think in extremes like that too, I think about when he will get married and have kids of his own.  I have to pull myself back in, like whoa he's only 6 months old, dont' get ahead of yourself.

Hopefully once this last one comes in she will be done for a bit. The top ones have been coming in since early June, and have been wreaking havoc with her sleep.

WTG John!  Matthew got his first two teeth simultaneously 3 days after he turned 7 months old. He started army crawling one day after turning 7 months old.  (He was highly motivated to go kiss himself in the mirror at Storyville).

Hopefully once this last one comes in she will be done for a bit. The top ones have been coming in since early June, and have been wreaking havoc with her sleep. 

We had the same problem when Matthew's top teeth came in - so major hugs for you!
