Maternity Clothes?

Hey Ladies. I recently finished my pregnancy and have lots of nice maternity clothes that I would love to share with my best friend who is just about to enter her second tri and is pregnant with twins, My question is will my clothes be useful for her? I am 6 feet tall and slender but had a big belly when pregnant and a really big chest. She is about 5'8" and very petite and smaller chested. I am thinking forget the pants, but maybe the shirts would work? Did you need longer shirts when pregnant with twins?

How nice of you. I would think that the tops would still work since maternity shirts are designed to accomodate a number of sizes. You could even share the pants with her. If they fit (other than the length) she could just hem them. That would save her money.

I say just give it all to her she can alter the pants if needed. I am 20 weeks with twins and I am wearing my cousins maternity clothes which works great I would have never been able to get this many shirts etc if she had not helped out. I'm sure your friend will feel the same way because what ever I did not have to spend on clothes for me I save for the babies.

My friend gave me all her mat clothes and it was a HUGE help!  I've just recently outgrown some tops but I barely had to buy any maternity clothes.

I'm 5'8", smaller chested (well, was) and pregnant with twins and I had a friend (similar, but a little smaller pre-preg size) who had a singleton give me a ton of clothes.  I have gotten a TON of use out of them.  It was just about a week ago that I needed to go out and find longer shirts.  Her larges were still fitting up top and around but not covering the bottom of my belly...with low waisted stuff.  I think she would really appreciating you sharing your clothes!  She can at least try them and use them for a little while.  Everyone had a different shaped belly so you never know.
