How old was your LO the first time they were able to push themselves into the sitting position?

    Mine still doesn't Sad so the post below has me a little worried. Anyone know what the age range is for this milestone?

    She could get into sitting position herself at 7 months.  I was surprised, because I had always heard that this milestone comes after crawling.  She didn't crawl until 8.5 months.

    It usually comes after crawling. My second cousin's child (ha) was getting into the sitting position on her own at like 4 months. She is a super advanced child with most milestones.

    Dylan is 8 months old and not doing it yet. He's not crawling yet either.

    After 2 m/cs, dx October 2008 with hetero factor v leiden & mthfr & low progesterone; third time was the charm - BFP 3/19/09 on first cycle of clomid. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
