I totally understand. I keep thinking about how next summer will be! It has to be better than this summer since DD won't take a bottle--which means I never get out

I had that happen with DD#2 and DS - neither one took a bottle. It was rough, but now it's SO MUCH BETTER!
Hang in there!

And Jace can only hike about 3 miles at this point. I'm sure next summer will be even better.
With floatie swim suits I can take them both to the pool by myself.
At the park they will follow instructions to "stick with pack" instead of running in 2 different directions.
100% improvement over the past 2 summers.
Hang in there!!
It gets to be soooo much fun in just a year or 2!!!
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
No it's harder in my experience! Under 1 they are easier to carry and aren't really mobile yet. I always had DD2 in a carrier while playing with DD1 in the pool or at the park. At the pool I used the Moby Water Wrap for DD2. This summer DD1 is almost 3 and DD2 is 1 1/2 and mobile. That mobility issue, whether crawling or walking, is a killer while you have a 2 or 3 year old running around. I find it's hard to keep tabs on both because both of my girls are so daring. It doesn't stop us from going to the pool or park though. You get used to it! I think it's been more tough on me because I've been in my 3rd trimester most of the summer too. I wouldn't change it for anything.
