Baptism: Gifts for Godparents...

Hi all, DD is getting Baptized (finally) in two weeks and I want to do something special for her God-Parents. Any suggestions for gifts for them? I don't want to spend a large amount of money... maybe less than $40 each. I am just at a loss for trying to think of something creative/useful for them! What did you do?

I never received anything at MY Goddaughter's baptism, and didn't expect to, either...

We aren't giving anything to DS' godparents... except the honor of BEING the godparent lol

I gave each of mine a sincere thank you card and a framed prof picture.

I didn't get them anything but I wrote them a very nice thank you afterwards.

We weren't planning on it but my mom freaked out when I said we weren't getting gifts for the godparents.  I wound up getting a necklace for his godmother that had two amethysts in a heart- it worked out well because they're both February b-days.  We got his godfather Xbox points.  Not terribly meaningful, but he was happy.

After the baptism, we just gave them each a framed photo of them with DS. We didn't have a lot of money and figured the gift was that they have the honor of being godparents, haha

We gave framed pictures of them with our DD at the baptism and had the frames inscribed.

I got them each a framed professional picture of DD in her Christening gown.  And I got them a godmother/godfather frame for each of them to use for a photo of the actual day.  (I would've combined the two into one, but the pro. picture was vertical and the godparent frames turned out to be horizontal.)

I tried to find something for LO's baptism for her Godparents, but didn't. So I didn't give them anything. Later for Christmas we will give them something.

There are frames online (I can't remember the site) that had Godmother or Godfather engraved and you could put a picture of them with LO.
