Have a Question about Breastfeeding and my Cycle

Not sure where I should post this but I can't find answers anywhere! I'm breastfeeding my 11 month old son, on the low dose birth control and resumed my cycle last month.  I'm confused because I'm a week late, taken 2 pregnancy tests that are negative and wondering when (if ever) I can expect to get my period again.  Thoughts?  Thanks you!

hmmm.. the most logical board to ask is breastfeeding and then babies 9-12. If you are on birthcontrol, I am thinking that you should be pretty regular but maybe not. you may not be ovulating regularly due to the breastfeeding. I would just wait it out or call your OB and see what they suggest. Since you got the - tests you can be fairly sure that you're not pregnant.
