Dull stomach pain/ache (NBR)
So I don't think I will be joining the 30 Day Shred group tomorrow. I've had a dull stomach ache/pain for almost 24h now. It's worse when I sit or stand (sometimes radiates to my back) and laying on my back is best. I've been on a bland diet all day, despite not having an actual upset/nauseous stomach, and I think it's getting worse. I will be off to the dr's in the morning and hopefully they'll have some thoughts w/o sending me to the hospital :-( T&P please
