We all have Hand, Foot, Mouth now........well, Ella's is done and Adam and I both have the sores on the back of our throat and LORD it hurts.  I feel bad that Ella had to go through this.  I have an OB appt on Tuesday, so I'm not calling the doctor before that since there is nothing they can do anyway.  I'm so done with illness..........

It seems like you're not worried, but in case you are, my DD had it while I was pg and there were no ill effects.

Thanks fooey...........did yours look like strep throat, cause mine looks significantly different than DH does and more like strep.

I never actually got it, only dd and her was only sores on the tip of her tongue all the way around.  Looked like kanker sores

When G got his second date with HFMD last week, I called my OB and asked them about my exposure to it since this time around I'm pregnant. They had me do a blood test, and said there was stuff they could give me based on the results. They just didn't want to get into the details of what it would be/how they would treat it until they got the b/w back.

Anyway, call for sanity

... and I'm SORRY! I hope, hope, hope it doesn't visit your house again.

I appreciate this, but I hope the pedi's correct in saying that there is no cause for panic in pregnant woman.  I will call tomorrow morning just in case:)

I just made a phone call to my OB, she thinks it's strep, but even if it was HFMD, she said there is no cause for concern.  I feel a little better, thanks for making me call Ava:)
