We have DD on Similac Soy for her milk protien allergy and today at Target I noticed they had a Target Soy formula (comparable to Similac Soy) for $10 cheaper (and has more oz). I'm wondering how comparable it truly is....we were going to try Similac Soy Sensitive to see if it would help with a little bit of her fussiness too but the Soy has helped a TON with her colic-like symptons. So any momma's who have tried Target brand formula fill me in! I'd love to save some $$

Re: Similac Vs. Target (compare to similac)

I do agree that it is the same stuff but there are different formulations in the ingredients. If you look on the back of the similac tub, it says something like 38% Corn Syrup Solids.....an Enfamil Soy can says like 55%. Target's soy does not specify how much Corn Syrup Solids there are in the formulation.
DS was on Enfamil Prosobee in the hospital then we switched to Target soy when we got home. It wasn't seeming to be the right fit (screaming DS) so we explored Similac which totally constipated him which led to more screaming, a milk based----totally allergic to that one, then to Nutramigen which was horrible smelling and didn't help the screaming at all and now we are back on the Enfamily Soy. I am considering at 4 months switching to the Target so he has more time for his digestive system to mature.
