Diapers falling apart...

Have been using Pampers and Luvs and almost at every diaper change I've been finding little gel pellets all over the diaper aeea. Luvs are the worst, they totally exploded. I change him at least every 2.5 hours, if not more often. I even change the diaper at the 2.5 hour maek whether dirty or not just because I don't want to take achance of the diaper disintegrating like that. Have you had that experience? What brand should I try? Lo is circumcised and I stll have to put gauze w/ vaseline over area. Could that be compromising the integrity of the diaper? Tia (Phonew typing)

We had the same issue with Pampers Swaddlers (which we were given 3 big boxes of at birth). Aren't those gel pellets a pain?  Luckily we finished those and haven't had the issue with Huggies.

Weird.  I have not had that experience and those are the only two brands we've used for the past 3 years.  The only time the pellet thing happened was once or twice when we've accidentally forgotten to change DS#1 and he went hours and hours and the diaper just ballooned up from too much pee....but you said you are changing your LO every 2.5 hrs so I dunno what is up.
