Client needs a larger back yard for their 2 large diogs.Nice home

 

I thought the comment about having a bigger yard was funny.  Our yard is really big and fenced in,  not sure how big their dogs are.  This just made me LOL.

    I read that wrong at first.  I thought read it as:  needs a larger backyard and 2 large dogs.  LOL

    And yes - brilliant...why didn't you think of lowering the price?

    IMHO no buyer is ever going to say "wow this house is cheap" to a relator. They might think it is a good buy or a low price but they would never say that. As for the yard that is funny.
