Weeks question

I have a newbie question and I'm sorry if it's been asked before or if it's stupid, but I've been dying to know! I haven't had an actual doctor appointment yet (just bloodwork) so I haven't been able to ask him. If my ticker says I am "4 weeks and 5 days along", does that mean I'm in my 4th week or in my 5th week? It's all so confusing!! Thank you in advance!
