BH and NST at 22 weeks?

Hi ladies, I left a message for my doctor to talk to someone about having BH a couple of times a day for two weeks now (I'm 22 weeks, 5 days).  The nurse called back ordering an NST.  I am trying not to panic.  Any advice?  Anyone had one done this early?

I am just getting so rundown that nothing has gone easily, IVF, low rising betas, and several emergency sonograms.

    NSTs are easy.  you just sit there and they monitor the baby's reaction after movement.

    I have a ton NSTs but none that early.

    BH are soo common and just a few a day are super normal.  I got bh contx from 9wks to 19wks and they stopped and now they are back at almost 32wks.  unless they are more than 4 an hr they don't worry.

    oh nsts can also tell if you are having contractions although it is hard to differentiate real versus practice ones.

    I was put in the hospital for BH at 18w.  I didn't need a NST (they just monitored contractions and the hb's on the dopplers), but I did go in for an internal u/s to check my cervix the next morning. 

    I actually only had 2 NSTs and they were near the end of my pregnancy, so I'm not one to ask about those.
