NBR: Resume help?

I want to update my resume.  I know some people on here had some great words of advice.  Can anyone help?!?!  It's been a while since I updated it and a long time since I updated a resume for outside my current company (something like 8 years... yikes!).

    Thank you!  I am going to work on removing the company specific jargon in my "internal" resume this weekend and will email it to you no later than Monday.  And I really appreciate it.
