Vent and First Response OPK ?

First of all, let me just say that I am super pissed at the packaging of the First Response 20 pack OPK.  Last cycle I used the Clear Blue Digital OPK's and loved not having to guess at the lines.  Yesterday I went to the store with the intention of getting another pack of Clear Blue digital OPKs for this cycle, when I saw FIrst Response digital 20 pack for $5 cheaper, so I got that instead.  When I get the pack home, I find out that these are not digital OPK's, and the outer box, which clearly says digital in big letters all over it, was refering to a coupon inside for a free digital HPT!!  And I have to use all 20 OPKs in the next 30 days, which for me means I have to use them all this cycle because I have longer cycles.  OK vent over!

Now for my question.  With the first response OPKs, I noticed that half of the test line, going down vertically, will be darker than the other half.  If the one half of the line is as dark or darker than the control line is that a positive, or does the entire test line have to be as dark or darker?  Thanks in advance!

If the tests are individually wrapped you don't have to use them all this cycle.  Yes, if half or more than half of the line is as dark or darker than the test line it is a +.

Don't worry about using them in one month....I used mine for 3 months and they worked just fine.  They will start taking a little longer to show the results after 2 months though.   Make sure it is truly at least half that is as dark/darker though...I had some that had a tiny sliver of dark and those were negative.
