I'm new to this board normally on 2nd tri and December board. I'm sure this has been a question on here before, but seeing as how I'm new I hope you all don't mind if I ask it again.
We are thinking about doing CD. I really like the idea and BF is on board with it, but I heard daycares don't like them. Have you all had this experience? Fortunately for me, there is a daycare in my school building, so I'll be right down the hall. I suppose if it's a problem I can do the changing during rotation times, or I can take regular diapers in and just use cloth at home. It just seems to me that with cd becoming more popular they would offer up some compromise.
Re: CD questions
A lot of times daycares just need to be educated on what YOUR cloth diaper is. Sometimes they have it stuck in their head that it is the old flat fold and pin routine - which is fine too, but not necessarily easy for a day care to deal with.
There might be various regulations about it with them, you should talk to them first and see if they are willing to allow it as an option. If you provide the diapers, the container/bag to put the dirties in, and they are legally allowed to use them, hopefully there won't be a concern.

Goooooood point!!
Exactly this. DS has had a nanny, a sitter, and a daycare and they've all done cloth with no problem. The other centers we toured said yes as well after seeing the pocket diapers we planned to use.
