Success after IF

f/u to my CD problem

If you remember, I was having some troubles getting the right fit for Ana's cloth prefolds and she was getting a rash from the cotton. I finally figured out how to fix it and not spend extra money. Basically I created a contour diaper with an attached fleece piece. Hard to explain but here are the pictures. These have changed everything. It's been so much better already.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else wants to try prefolds and has a chubberella like mine.  ;)

Re: f/u to my CD problem

  • I'm so glad that you were able to find a solution that works for you! I am a CDer but I've always used pockets. I'm glad that you don't have to abandon CDs altogether! BTW, she might be a chubberella but she's the cutest one ever!

  • Thanks ladies! I think she's cute but... I'm her mom.  :)  There's a lot to love.

I'm just thrilled that we can make this cloth diaper thing work. It saves so much $$ for us!

  • Hehe, you've just made yourself some $20+ each diapers. :)

  • They look almost exactly like a few that my mom ordered from GMD, so bully for you!  :)  Great job!
