I wouldn't say it's "normal" to have bleeding, but spotting is VERY common, and often means nothing. Cramping IS totally common (normal?) and most of us have had that early pregnancy.
The main goal right now is to see those beta numbers double every 48 to 72 hours... and have a nice healthy progesterone number. (I presume you're on PIO?)
Congrats and good luck!

My nurse keeps telling me it is nothing to worry about,as long as it is not a flow of blood. But, it is very nerve racking to see. I did not have any of these symptoms when I was pregnant with my daughter.
I go in tomorrow for my second beta...wish me luck!!
I had sudden cramping and bleeding at 5w5d. It turned out to be a subchorionic hematoma, but I was sure I was miscarrying. Everything ended up just fine. Good luck, I hope all is well. Are they going to do an u/s to check?
Re: Bleeding after FET positive result
what day are you?

I bled so heavily that i thought for sure that i had a miscarriage. I was just over 5 weeks and ironically it was the day of my first u/s.
Everything turned out fine. I had a subchorionic bleed. The nurse said they are VERY common in IVF/FET (like 50%).
I also had one later on in the pregnancy too. I guess i just like to bleed when i am pregnant:(
I am on PIO and Estrogen tablets. I am 15dpo. I go for my second beta tomorrow.
I am just nervous, because I did not experience the cramping or spotting my first time around.
