Essential oils to avoid in pregnancy-does anyone use Yonka products?

So I was just reading an article about essential oils to avoid in pregnancy, and I noticed some of the oils mentioned are in my yonka skin care products. My spa girl said all the products I use are safe for pg. Do you think its the concentration or amount of essential oils that matters? Of course, they also say not to use them in the first trimester which I did. Or am I just overreacting, since its unlikely that the small concentration of oils could bother me? Does anyone else use yonka products?

  • I use the AHA Complex for 28 days each season. So I am currently using it for summer. I think the amonut being used would be safe. I use a squirt on my face and think the concentration would be very low. I also have used benzyol peroxide and salicylic acid sparingly.
