General feedback has been to get two PnPs instead.
I think you have to buy special sheets for the twin one and that the weight limit isn't that different than a single PNP, making it not really worth the extra price.
my mom has this in her house and it has been working really well for us. it takes regular pnp sheets, the only difference is the two bassinets, that are really just crib dividers.
for our house we just bought a regular pnp with a changing station and have put both babies in it and they do just as well as in the twin pnp. if you are going to use the pnp as your bassinet i would get the twin one, if not i would just get one to start with, not sure why you would need 2 in the beginning.
We have the twin pack n play and have loved it and the twins love it. We have a small house so the twin one worked better for us by saving some space.
They slept great in it and had no problems with it until they got too heavy for it. They slept in it until they were about 15 lbs each, then one side of the mattress started getting lopsided. Now we will just use it as a play pen.
As long as you dont go over the weight limit you should have no problems. We bought the sheets on amazon.

Yeah -- just buy two regular instead.

I got two pack n plays also. In retrospect, I wish I would have gotten 2 Fisher Price Rock N Plays instead and just one Pack N Play.
I guess having 2 PnPs will come in handy later when the twins are bigger, but for now it's kind of a waste.

I agree with PP. Having two has been great. We used one upstairs for them to sleep in until about 8 weeks.
We used one downstairs for day time naps and as a changing station.
I did get two with music, night light, vibrations, etc, but I really didn't need it.
When they start in home daycare, they will take the pack n plays with them for naptime at their sitter's house.
