I suspect that dd has silent reflux, and we have been doing two things, not sure which is the "cure" or if they are working together, but I went from having a seriously malcontent screamer to having the "happy baby" I thought might be a myth. -Sunday we started probiotics. Got them at the refrigerated section at Whole foods and feed them to her with a dropper. I have the powder, but I would recommend the drops, probably easier.-Yesterday we started a homeopathic treatment for acidosis, called Nat Phos 6x. Its a tablet that you dissolve in water and feed with a dropper. She had one dose last night, and two today. Got them from Vitamin Shoppe. I have been taking them too, and it has also helped tremendously with the wicked heartburn I have had since I was a kid. Honest to God, I have a different kid. In three days, such a huge difference, I wish I had known sooner, bu thankfully didn't stop looking for a reason to her "colic". I never got a diagnosis, but had a pediatrician who had never heard of silent reflux, so obviously, he didn't diagnose. It's only been a day, but the difference is so noticeable, and I feel so much better about giving her natural treatment than prescription drugs. I had posted a thread about dd being miserable in the car, and someone mentioned silent reflux, when i researched it, all the other symptoms fit to a T. So thank you, thank you, thank you all for your wisdom and support. We went and did some much neglected errands today, and the car ride was completely peaceful. I also propped her up in the carseat with a towel, so her belly wasn't scrunched as much.Great site for anyone that needs help with reflux/colic: https://www.pollywogbaby.com This site helped me find info about a homeopathic solution for reflux: https://www.thehomeopathiccoach.com/blog/crying-babies-reflux-and-homeopathy.html

I remember your car seat post now! I was the one who mentioned reflux. Ari had all the same symptoms, & his 1st doc kept saying "all normal". Not so much.
The wisdom of the ladies on the AP board also helped me find answers back then. This really is a great board.

Re: A thank you, and follow up to Probiotics/Reflux post
This is great news! Probiotics made a huge difference for my "colicky" son as well.
I wish that more people who suspected reflux or colic would take this route before turning to prescription meds.
