Decrease in appetite

Has any one else experienced LO having a decrease in appetite lately? She had a major decrease a couple weeks ago and I figured it was because she had a cold. But now two weeks later, she still isn't eating much during the day.

She takes a 6 oz bottle when I wake her up at 7.

Then I take her to daycare and throughout the day they can only get her (at most) to take 10 oz. I pick her up at 4:30.

Then I feed her cereal at 6. 

6 oz bottle at 8 and she's i bed.

So at most she is only getting about 22 oz of formula a day..
