I'm curious how different your twins are. One of mine is 75th percentile for weight and the other is 25th. We also *think* they are identical but are not sure. What are yours?
I almost made a post about this the other day because our girls' percentiles keep going up at every check-up! Here are their percentiles from ages: 4d, 1m, 2m, 4m, and 6m (current). Our girls are also identical.
Grace height: 37%, 50%, 51%, 67%, 77%
Grace weight: 10%, 39%, 54%, 55%, 59%
Mary height: 20%, 27%, 34%, 58%, 61%
Mary weight: 5%, 21%, 35%, 36%, 41%
Fascinating to me that they keep increasing! When our singleton boys were babies, their percentiles stayed in the same general ranges.
~Crystal~SAHM to Sam (5), Hugh (3), Mary & Grace (22 months) : )
at 11mo Gibby was 97th percentile and Gray was like 30th? (i'm trying to remember). Gray had been 50th for most of his life and then went down a little at 11mo. Gibby has always been huge.
they are fraternal - were born almost 2 lbs apart... and then Gray had reflux so did not eat as much as Gibby.
My boys are fraternal and have consistently been in the less than 5th percentiles for both height and weight for as long as I can remember.
Since birth, they have been within half an inch of each other in height and a few ounces of each other. Since they turned 1, they have weighed the exact same, ounces and all.
My girls are always between 10-15% for weight and 15-25% for height. E is usually about 50% for head circumference, and C is unbelievably at around 90% for head circumference. (She must have a lot of brains, right?)
And this is all unadjusted, based on actual birthdate.
Ours are definitely frat (see siggy pic! ). I waited to answer this thread until after their 18m appt this morning. At birth they were really close--Alex was 6lbs7oz, 20" and Will was 6lbs10oz, 19.75." Since then their stats have widened; they were both super chunky as younger infants but started dropping in the weight percentiles from 9m on. Alex is usually around 75th for height and 50th for weight and Will about 50th for height and 25th for weight (so they have similar proportions but Alex is just a bit bigger).
As of this morning:
Will is 32" (43rd percentile) and 24lbs 2oz (27th
percentile). Alex weighs 25 lbs (39th percentile)and he was flipping out
during measurements so height is an estimate, but supposedly 32.5"
(57th percentile).

I get a sono in 1 week. Last month mine were 45th %. The doc told me they were ok, but on the small side....
The ladies on here told me 45% was good, so I stopped worrying.
***Edit--- sorry~ I thought you meant in utero....mine are still growing on the inside.
One of mine was born less than 10th percentile but once he was out he grew insanely fast so I wouldn't worry about it.
Thank you! I feel guilty and try to eat well.... (I was even drinking Ensures...but then found out I have gest. diabetes....so no more ensures)
Sorry again, I didn't realize you were asking about LOs on the outside.

My little man was in 63rd percentile two weeks ago and my little girl was in the 50th percentile.
ETA-oops....sorry. : )
25th and 5% pretty consistently. We are pretty sure they are identical, but the smaller one was IUGR and hasn't caught up.

they were both in the 3% when they were born...
as of now, my son is in 90% and my DD only 15%.
At 4 months
Noah was 85th for weight and 50th for height
Lily was 50th for weight, 75th for height
It's crazy how fast they grow!!

Interesting question.
