They hurt so badly that breathing normally is painful. It almost feels like my lungs are burning, but it is my chest! And the shower, my god, the shower!
This started on 4dpo, but it has gotten progressively worse. I am nearly 100% sure I am not pg based on temps, timing, etc. Plus, this happens to me now and then, so I am not fooled. It has been about a year though since it was this bad for me.
Does anything help this? Does this only happen to you once in awhile, or all the time?

Mine start right around O day and keep hurting until AF shows. I used to think AF was gonna be early but thanks to FF I learned that sore bbbbbewbs mean O is knockin at my door.
I always wear the shelved tanks/cami's when they hurt it's a little sore to put them on but it's a little extra support from the weight thus helping the pain. I even sleep with a bra-ish shirt or cami on to help keep them from hurting so badl.y
Yeah, I never had this at all with DS or the m/c pg which is another reason I am discounting being KU. So weird.
Makes sense, but on the extreme months I wonder if it means anything? Like would the higher progesterone mean better ovulation? Not really expecting you to know/answer, I just wonder since I am a regular O-er who can't get pg without meds.
Yeah, that happens to me too pretty regularly, but the pain in that part of the cycle is never as bad as it is at the end. I like that it happens before O though, one more indicator so I know what is going on in there.
Progesterone! That tricky little b!tch!
Before m/c, my boobs used to be sore before AF. Now? Nope.

Natural BFP (WTF?!) - 06/04/11 ~ lots of complication and drama, but sweet baby Adele born 02/07/12!
BFP #million -another girl for us! EDD - 05-08-15 (but will come early)
I found that 2 capsules of Evening Primrose Oil from CD1 to ovulation (do NOT take after ovulation) both helped with breast pain AND gave me more EWCM. Win-win.
But yes. Mine were wicked.

All it means is that, that month your body produced a lot of progesterone that month. The amounts your body produces don't have to be the same each and every month.
I am the opposite, before I was PG I always had extremely sore breasts and while pregnant, they were so sore it felt like they were filled with broken glass. But since the m/c nothing, and I mean nothing. You could use them as punching bags and I wouldn't notice!
Very interesting, thanks. They normally aren't this bad, but I may try that anyway.
