Ovulation question

So, I was wondering if you can have 'fertile' symptoms (change in CM, position, ect) and not ovulate. The symptoms were very noticeable and obvious.

My OB/GYN said that I haven't been ovulating. I had a MC (had been on the pill at the time) last August and since then my  cycles have really been non-existence. In March, I started having them a little more regularly. Now, they seemed to have stopped again. We did the deed when I had the above symptoms but I don't know whether or not its even possible for me to have conceived. Thanks

It's possible. Are you charting temps to confirm ovulation? How did your ob/gyn come to the conclusion that you don't ovulate? Did she test progesterone levels?

No, I haven't done temp charting... Yes, he tested progesterone levels. He put me on serophene but I didn't feel comfortable with the lack of proper monitoring so I didn't start the last round
