PIP .....but how ?

I've tried to find it on the site,
But can somebody please tell me how to attach a photo in a post??

    Upload the photo to tinypic.com, and paste the [IMG] code in your post.

    Someone will tell you to go to the tree icon, but you don't have to. C&P works just fine.

    Also, be sure to resize before you upload - you have that option right before hitting "upload."
