I drink about 10 glasses of water per day plus milk etc...little caffiene if any.
I notice every morning when I get up (especially the past three weeks) my mouth is super dry and I can tell by my urine I am dehydrated. I drink up until I go to bed, and I have been waking up in the middle of the night so thirsty and will drink about half a glass.
I was wondering if this is just part of pregnancy or should I drink more before I go to bed?
The baby still kicks a lot in the morning.

Re: How do you keep from dehydrating at night?
I keep a mug of ice water on my bedside table. If I wake up, I drink a sip. If I get up to pee, I drink even more.
I thought that maybe the whole drinking at night was, in turn, causing me to pee 100x a night, but even when I cut out the water I still peed all night, lol. So, I try and drink as much as I can at night. It really makes me feel better in the morning.
Bloggin' It
This. I keep a big Nalgene full of ice water. There's usually half left in the morning.
