18-month stats and new siggy pic

C went for his 18-month appt. Wednesday and he was 26 lbs 9 oz and 32 inches tall...and his head is still huge as always LOL. He's always been about 75th %tile for weight and height and always around 90th for head circumference! He slept the whole way to the pedi office (about 40 minutes) so he was ready to go when got into the room and he definitely showed her his wild side! He was running around the room making high pitched screams and noises. I just kept thinking, 'she probably thinks we don't discipline this child at all!'  We asked about him walking on his toes and she checked his heal cord and said it didn't feel that tight, but gave us some heel stretches to do with him to loosen it a bit and told us to keep him in flatter, heavier shoes to break the habit. We also voiced (again) our ongoing concern of his circumcision. It's never really looked circumcised and I ask them to check it at every check-up to see if we need to have it redone. The answer is always, put vaseline on it at every diaper change and it'll correct itself when he goes though puberty. So we'll keep doing what we're doing I guess. It just seems to cause him a lot of pain/discomfort when we have to pull it back and clean it or put vaseline on.

Anyways, I finally added a new siggy pic. This is just one of the many things we've been doing this summer...Reds games. We've also been enjoying Coney Island and the zoo and swimming with family!  I love that DH and I are both teachers so we can enjoy our summers together!

B is not circumcised, but I really don't like the sound of it...  at 18 mos it seems like it shouldn't still be causing issues... but then again, we don't deal with it.  Maybe seek a 2nd opinion?

What a great pic of your family!  Carson sure is a cute little guy, and from the sounds of it, very healthy too.  Good appointment!

It sounds like your little guy is doing great! My DD also has a HUGE head. She always measures over 95%. It is 19". Yikes! I just say it's because she has a big brain
