It's Elise - Elyse is the trendy spelling that the 80's TV Show, Family Ties popularized.
Elisabeth/Elizabeth - I can never make up my mind. One one hand Elizabeth seems to be the most original spelling and has a spunky Z. Elisabeth though is a legitimate German and Dutch form. Both have awesome namesakes.
I like Vivienne, but there are a few different ways to spell it, so it kind of muddles my love for it. I think the French from is pretty though.
Elisabeth, to me, is pronounced ell-iss-uh-beth. While Elizabeth is ee-lizz-uh-beth. So, clarify how you want it pronounced, first.
The long "E" sound versus the softer "Ell" sound will probably vary naturally depending on who is pronouncing the name and in what context it is being pronounced, so don't focus on that, but if you want it pronounce with the "z" sound in the middle, you really do need to go with Elizabeth. Today, most people are forced to sound out a name based on exactly what it looks like. Elisabeth does not look like it should be pronounced in the same way as Elizabeth.
I don't like Vivienne personally, although there is nothing wrong with the name. If you love it, I think it is a perfectly nice name. I do, however, have to take note of your spelling of Elyse, which I hate. Again, the unusual spelling makes me want to pronounce this differently. It is Elise. Also, consider pronunciation of the prefix here, also. My sister's name is Elise and we pronounce it ee-leese; some people pronounce it eh-leese.
