Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year? Yes, I'm not going anywhere.  To get a teaching job now is nearly impossible, so I can't imagine giving up what I already have.

What type of work do you do?  I am an attorney

How long have you worked for your current company?  I am self employed and have been since February of this year.

How do people dress in your office?  We wear suits if we have court or a deposition or something.  Other than that I still dress up, usually dress pants and a nice top, sometimes a summer dress if no one is coming in.

Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year?  Probably.  There is a change I really cut back if we get pg after the baby is born.  DH is also an attorney and self employed so there is a chance I would move over to his office and work part time.  Who knows.

How do people dress in your office? Business formal - suits everyday (though they did give us business casual today - which is rare)

Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year? Yes.  The pay is good, there isn't a alot of drama.  I would like an office though (seriously, I make more money here but I sit in a friggin' cubicle).

What type of work do you do? I am the assistant controller for a heating and oil company. I do accounting work on a very ancient system that I had to learn. It is DOS based and they dont teach us that stuff in college. I mean we use a dot matrix printer

How do people dress in your office? our policy is business casual. but people dont really dress that nice. the senior VP wears the same white shirt that is too small, navy dress pants, shoes that fall apart and a redish tie. every. single. day. some of the dispatchers that are female dress with tight pants and low cut shirts -- they work with the young technicians...I dont dress up anymore. The decor in this office is old. dirty. i ruined some pants on the metal crap desks we have. I wear in the summer : capris and a nice top or a skirt. its HOT here in the summer!

Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year? I plan on staying here until we are done with treatment, it is flexible as far as time off goes and its close to home. a HUGE bonus for anyone in the DC area. There are no more positions for me to go here...my bosses, but I dont want him to go, nor do I want his job.

How do people dress in your office? jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers mainly... nothing you don't want ruined by some bleach or chemicals... and we usually have lab coats on over what we wear anyway.

What type of work do you do? I am a Respiratory Therapist. Two days a week (min) I am in the Neonatal ICU, my third days is either Adult ICU, Pediatric inpatient/er or general adult care. I take care of patients who have trouble breathing. I help manage the breathing machines and deliver breathing medication.

How long have you worked for your current company? Well this time around 16mnths. I left this hospital for 4 years after working here for 5 years previously.

How do people dress in your office? We ear scrubs... its great coming to work in your pajamas 

Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year? Yes, although Id prefer to be in the NICU full time I dont think that is going to happen

What type of work do you do? I work for an electrical distribution company. I work in the finance department. Until about 1.5 weeks ago I was the accountant for the company but I have recently been promoted to the financial analyst position in the company. However I am still doing the accountant work until they hire some people to the department.

How long have you worked for your current company? I started at the end of September

How do people dress in your office? Business casual.

Do you plan to stay in your current position for the next year? I think so. I really like being an analyst. I am in the position on a 90 day trial period to make sure I like it.
