Is it the lady who supposedly just found out there was triplets?

Sidenote: I don't remember what TV show it was on, but that reminds me of the lady who thought she was having quads but there was actually sextuplets at the del.

I think I remember hearing something that Octomom thought she was having 7 but then they found an 8.
