How can I find out how much caffeine is in drinks?

I'm a huge fan of iced tea, but I've been abstaining since the BFP. Are there any websites to look up caffeine content? I've tried the products' websites, but I'm not having much luck?

  • It should be on the side of the box of tea bags.  If you mean in restaurants, you should be able to check on their website if it's a place like McDonalds or wherever, or just check out a box of Luzianne tea at the grocery and read that label.

  • you can still drink your regualr non alcoholic drinks that have caffeine in them. Its not going to do anything to the baby. all those caffeine studies are based on ridiculously high amounts of caffeine intake.
