I am not sure.
Kee-air-a
or
See-air-a
or
Keer-a
or something else?
It is an Irish name and when I saw it on an Irish baby name website it said it is pronounced Kee-ra. I don't like that. But it also said other spellings were Keira like Keira Knightly (which is pronounced Keer-a).
Just wondering.

This.
What were you going for? I've taught several girls with both names.
I've taught Cierra, Sierra, Ciara (See-air-a)
I've taught Kierra and Kyarra (Kee-air-a)
Ciara is a Celtic/Irish name. The correct pronounciation is Kee-rah.
Here's a website where you can hear the pronounciation if you are interested.

This is one of my favroite girl names. I would probably spell it Keira though since a lot of people in the US will mispronounce it as See-ar-ah spelled Ciara.
This because a friend of mine spells hers like this and this is how she pronounces it.
This.
This is how I read it first - which is clearly not the most common way.
But I have I student who is called Sierra, with that spelling. Very confusing to me.
I know that it's an irish name so I would pronounce it Keer-a...but most people would probably say see-air-a
My daughter's name is Keira & I love the name! :-)

This for me.
See-ar-a
And I think if this many people have this many different ideas, your kid will have to get used to correcting people.

[spoiler]
For me I automatically pronounce it as See-are-uh because of the singer (or is hers more like See-air-uh? Not sure). Pronouncing it as Kee-ra or anything close to that wouldn't have even crossed my mind. I do really like the name Keira.
KEER-a or kee-AR-a
The Sierra prn. of Ciara is a butchering....
Sierra
this--I'd say "are," not "air"..
